Mind-Body-Biome: PRE biotics & PRO biotics
WHAT are probiotics? They are the ‘good guys’ – families of healthy bacteria that work together to protect you, help you and heal you. All together they make up what’s called your ‘Inner Ecology’ or biome, micro biome, biota, micro flora or friendly flora. There are more probiotics in your body than stars in our galaxy (that’s a lot!)
You have different “ecologies” just like Earth. Our planet has many ecological areas such as the tundra, tropics, forest, grassland, or desert. YOU also have different Inner Ecologies where different probiotics thrive such as in your mouth-nose-throat, on your skin, sex organs, stomach, small intestine and large intestine or colon. Each area hosts a different family of probiotics.
This product gives you the TWO MAIN Families found throughout your entire body (Bifido and Lacto) plus special pre-biotic food to help them grow, thrive and live so they can do their job of keeping you healthy, happy and whole. That means better thinking, moods, immune healing, eating, digestion, energy production, with more regular bowel movements.

Benefits
Healthy Brain and moods
- positively affects neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine
- can reduce anxiety
- can reduce inflammation
- supports Alzheimer’s prevention
Healthy Body
- Improves digestion (breakdown of big foods into little nutrients that feed your cells)
- Boosts immunity (ups helpful anaerobes; reduces “unfriendly” pathogens; stimulates phagocytosis)
- Enhances absorption of nutrients (so they can be used)
- Helps Lactose intolerance (trouble with dairy products like milk, cheese)
- Weight management made easier
Your TWO MAIN PRO-biotic Families
LACTO-bacillus family (L.paracasei, L.planterum, L.salivarius)
L. plantarum: (a) increases neurotransmitter serotonin signaling and dopamine levels (b) reduces anxious behaviors (c) positive gut-brain axis effects on mood and behavior (d) improves liver function
L. paracasei: improves digestive health; supports nutrient absorption; metabolic health; colonizes expands gut microbiota; enhances gut barrier function; improves gut mucosal immunity.
L. salivarius: improve dental oral hygiene; reduce cholesterol; alleviates gut disorder; positive impact on the immune system.
BIFIDO-bacteria family (B.bifidum, B.lactis, B.breve):
B. breve: direct link to stomach and brain health (biota gut–brain axis). research shows positive effects on prevention of Alzheimer. A study conducted by Bioscience of Microbiota, Food and Heath(BMFH) suggests that treating pre-obese patients with B. breve may stop or reverse obesity.
B. bifidum: anti-inflammatory activity, immune protection, supports liver health, helps to generate vitamins B-12 and K which promotes balanced moods.
B. lactis: helps in digestion, improves nutrient absorption, and reduces symptoms of IBS (gas, bloating) and relieves constipation. Promotes regular bowel movements.
Extra Bonus Probiotic streptococcus thermophilus
This is a key probiotic found naturally in yogurt which enhances other probiotics to provide better digestion making dairy products more tolerable, especially useful for people with lactose intolerance.
PRE-biotic
Enhanced Support
This product is a specially designed blend of unique PRE-biotic foods which help the PRO-biotics grow and flourish. It is not that Pre and Probiotics just improve your GI health, they are the very definition of GI health. Without them, major disease symptoms arise like IBS, gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and inflammation.
These PRE-BIOTICS play an essential role in GI health, acting as food and fertilizer for probiotics to thrive:
- Inulin (from Chicory root), boosts Bifidobacteria probiotic of the lower colon, large intestine, to promote regular bowel movements and firmer healthier stool.
- Arabinogalactan is a larch tree fiber, when fermented by friendly microflora, creates more helpful flora (anaerobes) while simultaneously decreasing many unfriendly, disease bearing pathogen organisms such as Clostridia.
- Marshmallow root extract supplies healthy polysaccharides (complex carbs) to enhance friendly flora probiotics and stimulates phagocytosis (immune cell activity) and has been shown to relieve local irritation of the gastric mucosa which reduces painful inflammation.

MEDICAL TECHNICAL DATA from SCIENTIFIC PAPERS (published study references noted 1-9 below, PUBMED)
This probiotic combination of Lactobacilli species, Bifidobacteria species and a Streptococcal strain was shown to be immunomodulating by virtue of both the upregulation of IL-10 production by dendritic cells, and the decreased production of interferon-gamma by T-cells. Also noted was a “diminished proinflammatory effect via a decrease in the lipopolysaccharide production of IL-12.” L. plantarum is recognized as a major colonizer(2) and was shown to “decrease translocation, improve mucosal status, improve liver status, improve the immunologic status of the mucosa, and to reduce mucosal inflammation.” Subsequently, L. plantarum is considered to be an integral part of the host’s immunologic defense.(3) PREbiotics are categorized as a “nondigestible food ingredient that beneficially affects the host by selectively stimulating the growth and/or activity of one or a limited number of bacteria in the colon.(5) PRObiotics are “a preparation of, or a product containing viable, defined microorganisms in sufficient numbers, which alter the microbiota (typically by colonization) in a compartment of the host, and by that, exert beneficial health effects in this host.”(1) (5) (6) The prebiotic inulin demonstrated beneficial results with administration, by virtue of its ability to stimulate the enumeration of the colonic Bifidobacteria population, thus improving the composition of the gut flora.(7) Arabinogalactan from larch is also an effective prebiotic fiber. In the large intestine it is actively fermented by friendly intestinal microflora, resulting in an increased number of beneficial anaerobes, while simultaneously decreasing unfriendly organisms such as Clostridia. (8) Marshmallow root extract, also considered a prebiotic, supplies polysaccharides, including arabinogalactans and glucan. It stimulates phagocytosis, and has been shown to alleviate local irritation of the gastric mucosa.(9)
